Deleting Modulation Events in Maschine

Here’s a quick tip for Maschine users out there.

If you’ve recorded a sequence of modulation events such as a level change or dry/wet mix for an effect, and you want to remove individual events in that sequence, you’d be tempted to mark them and hit delete.

If you’ve ever tried it you know what happens…

The correct way to delete individual events is to right-click them. To delete multiple events mark them and then make sure that you position your mouse pointer over one of the event edit handles (the little square at the end). Once you’ve positioned your pointer here, right-click and the selected events will be deleted. This is essentially the same pattern as when you clear a clip from a scene or a step in the sequencer.
