About
All the tracks on this album where recorded on a modular synth, the Cumulus Machine. They represent different fantastic visions of fictional, abandoned environments that could or perhaps do exist somewhere only the clouds travel. The tracks are meant to be heard in order as a continuous journey.

About
The next leg of the Fahrbahn journey. This time with even more analog influences, heard especially in f14 and f12. All tracks were recorded over a 6 month period with inspiration coming mostly from different locations in San Francisco. f09 is a live recording of a track I made after studying lake Vostok in Russia. Hope you like it!

3. Fahrbahn 8 – Red 07:26

About
This is a EP release with some of the material I’m currently putting together on the theme of travelling. In this case, travelling carries two meanings. One, as the journey for me to explore and establish a process around producing music in the old school, analog synthesizer genre, and two as in tracks that were actually inspired by the idea of travelling between 2 locations (physical or not).

The tracks where produced mostly using software emulations of classical analog gear, but there are some surprise appearances of custom sampled hardware as well.

Released 01 July 2012

Compositions and knob-wiggling by Glitzerstrahl (Henrik Johansson).
Mastering by Glitzerstrahl (Henrik Johansson).
